How This Works

End-to-end automation inside OpenClaw

Step 1 — Trend Discovery (automated)
OpenClaw's cron job fires weekly (your chosen day/time). It calls the Google Trends unofficial API and scrapes Reddit's r/specialeducation "Hot" feed. Results are scored by search volume spike + engagement.

Step 2 — Topic Ranking (AI)
The top ~20 raw signals are passed to Claude. It filters for relevance to your audience (teachers, admins, parents), removes duplicates/noise, and returns the top 5 with a short rationale for each.

Step 3 — Draft Generation (AI)
Each of the 5 topics gets its own newsletter section: a headline, ~150-word summary, and a CTA. Tone is professional but approachable. You can configure tone instructions in the Config tab.

Step 4 — Internal Link Suggestions (automated)
Your sitemap URL is fetched weekly. Page titles and URLs are matched against each draft section's keywords. Top 2-3 links per section are surfaced for you to insert or dismiss.

Step 5 — Review Dashboard
The full draft lands here (this page). You edit inline, accept/reject link suggestions, then click "Push to HubSpot" — which creates a draft email via the HubSpot API. You polish and schedule inside HubSpot.
